For those unknowing:
CAPEX means capital expenditures.
A lot of people would hate on Hirshberg for his business model, but when you really consider what he did, he used the economic model of North America to solidify his business and ensure that his business model and overall mission of spreading organic foods and viable family farming would be successful.
Who can frown on that?
