I think we should all lobby congress and other state officials to get something done. Parents who are falsely accused don't have any rights we are guilty until proven innocent and in most cases they try to get something on you to make you guilty. Ms. Schafer and the ignorant people who choose to believe her prattle should do some serious research into the federal CFSR requirements that social workers are bound to follow across the US. I can guarantee that no one actually performing the vital front-line work of protecting children is getting any "bounties" or "bonuses." Corruption and deceit always begins at the top, particularly in politics.

That may be true, but the social workers definitely gain more job-security than they would have if they worked in private practice, which also involved longer work-hours. Also, so many CPS workers have bad attitudes toward parents, because those are the only kind of people who would want to do the dirty work of stealing children.
