  • I use the barbell and get in a back squat position, then get another single weight and place the front half or so on the weight and have my heels on the floor and its pretty effective

  • @shawn8106 Just wait till you try it - I actually like it WAY better than any donkey machine I've every used because you don't get locked into the movement. The bar move pretty freely other than where it's pivoting on the rail.
