i love how much the audience loves this band. that's my favorite part.

the drill was amazing, especially at 6:01... that was insane! :)

this was my favorite show that i ever marched! it's neat to see other versions of it.

Buchanan did this show in like 2004 I think. It's my understanding that Key Poulan was Buchanan's director at the time or something.

i went to buchanan the year that my band director made this show.... u guyus r the first that i have hurd to every place one of our shows that well i am so surpised and proud.... but sorry vanessa killed the flute solo... but ur flute player did okay..... and the drum solo could b a whole lot louder but good.

Nice. He was a director at Buchanan a couple years ago, and he worked with us all season on the Toro show. Awesome band. I'm jealous. How is your wind ensemble?

That's awesome that you guys got work with him! Our wind ensemble is pretty decent and out jazz band is one of the top in our area. Unfortunately, we are in the same region as the 4 time state champions, the current state champions, and the national champions so we were two away from going to state last year.

I'd love to be a member of a Texas music program. Go you guys for having such a strong program. Our jazz is top in the state, and one of the top in the nation. Our wind ensemble last year was one of the best in the county, but this year will be interesting. Our school district has a good music program going. Your band rocks. :]

Solid performance for the end of september. I agree with dlrico how some drill worked with the music and sometimes, but not always. I didnt like how in the opener during that long run you guys did a visual, it took away from the show. Also, some parts you couldnt hear, and pit is heavy. (could be video camera too?)

Pretty good. Pit sound was a little heavy... maybe it was just the audio capturing from the video.

Drill was a toss up; some worked with the music, while other parts didn't. Good all around, though.

Defanetly different from all the other ways but i do like it. I like the idea of how you guys just keep moving through mvt. 1 to mvt. 2. I can say i think our dill is harder but you guys do have some pretty hard sets and i like them alot. whats your band been placing at competitions?

we host our own contest that we don't compete at, but would have placed 2nd with the score they gave us if we would have competed, and we got a 1st division at the BOA Arlington Regional... We have UIL coming up this coming saturday, then Area the following week, in which we host both contests. Hopefully we advance to state from there, but it will be hard considering we have bands such as LD Bell, Marcus, Haltom, etc in our area.
