What you do is,you have to pull it together and stay up all night like usual and then stay up all day,then go to sleep at a normal bed time.I'm an uber nocturnal freak because I have a cycle,I end up staying all night up for a while ,then i fix it then it gets F***ed up again..
I always thought your vids were a little unusual because you didn't get enough sleep... but you don't sleep AT ALL do you? O.O
