Caffeine is a mild stimulant. Not enough to be a PED, but a stimulant nonetheless. A pain killer on the other hand, is the OPPOSITE of a stimulant. It numbs parts of your body, and will make you sluggish if you use too much.
You are assuming a lot of nonsense. Some of his best fights were done outside of Nevada, where xylocaine is illegal. There is no difference the way he fights outside of NV and when he fights in Nevada.
Plus even in NV it is illegal to use during a fight.

Xylo won't make you get less tired, help you build lean muscle, or increase your resistance to punches. That's why it isn't a PED. Roids does all of that.

The only person coming up with excuses is Team Pac. First, they have a problem giving blood, then they want a cut off date, then they says there are no issues with testing, then they say USADA is biased, and now they are back to No additional testing. Is wanting to use more accurate testing that bad?! Really?!

theres only one way for bob arum and roach to do to make the fight happen..with floyd with out drug testing or any demands.... just cut the left hand of pacquiao and crippled his knees...after that 100 percent floyd will fight pacquiao..coz floyd is preettyy boy... he dont want his face get deformed..thats it..pacquiao was not afraid of lossing... dont know bout floyd...

Respond to this video...floyd has been consistant throughout his career hes been dominant and taken minimal punishment. pacman was getting knocked out at 106 against nobodies. he was struggling at featherwight against marquez but now all of a sudden he can absorb punishing shots from full welterweights? cant u see a difference? pacman has been taking punisment throughout his career but instaed of his abillities declining like normal fighters hes abillities have increased and improved?? If you find relentless attack with little technical skill or strategy entertaining kl thats wher we differ. every1 has different taste. but seriously even as a pacman fan you must find it at least questionable that paman can go from needing steel bars to make 106 and getting knocked out to fightin @ 148,5 an absorbin punishment. Psychological (main reason), even before floyd demanded blood test, pacquiao's interview dated to the Morales fight , he already stated blood taken the day of the fight weaknd him(this is true to some people,some lose consciousness), 2. PRIDE,PACMAN is widely regarded as KING of Boxing by almost all media outlet,WHO is floyd to demand if he is to challenge the CHAMP ?

@wapaker69 so what ur saying is its okay for pacman to have demands like hydration clauses so floyd cant get in the ring over 147.....but pacman can. orrrr that 8oz gloves are worn even though the commision sttates that 10oz gloves shud be worn for a welterweight fight AND a smaller. ALL of these demands aid pacman. But floyd cant hav one simple request for BOTH of them to take full OST. In the 1st negotiations floyd allowed pac 14 days but pacman stil said no.

Sound like you dont know BOXING... "Hydration Clauses" and Glove preference is ABSOLUTELY NORMAL in any bout at ANY WEIGHT. Limit for a LIGHT WELTERWEIGHT FIGHT is 147 ( u didnt know that?) so weight above it is considered over the LIMIT and has Penalty for EACH POUND overweight. NOw, PAcs CONTRACT states that FOR EACH LBS OVERWEIGHT THE PENALTY IS 10M (not so sure). This CLAUSE will prevent FLOYD from REPEATING WHAT HAPPEND DURING JMM FIGHT (2 lbs overweight) with 600k penalty only

So even if the fight is @ welterweight by the time the boxers step into the ring they can be as big as middleweights. Pacman adds hydration clauses 2 prevent his oponents from HYDRATING overnight and heavily outweighin him aswel as 2 gain an advantage by makin sure his opponent stays weak from weight loss

THE CONTRACT ONLY STATES THE PENALTY PER LBS OVERWEIGHT WHICH is 10-20 Million (im not sure) . . THATS BIG ENOUGH PENALTY FOR ANY OF THEM TO TAKE ADVANTAGE.. so u see. it involves both of them
