No it wont. Perhaps you don't follow the EU very much, but they have invested trillions for future projects. A little debt trouble is not going to collapse the EU, because so much money has already been invested, that it would actually cost more to destroy the EU than to keep it together. Something similar happened after the crash of the USSR, and Russia still hasn't made back the GDP that the USSR has(they're still off by about half a trillion).
