As of now, if u catch ur wife in an Adulterous relationship with a man(to whom u have not given consent to do anything like that!), you can only charge that man(suitor of ur wife) with adultery, but cannot accuse your wife of anything which will lead to punishment(but adultery does become ground for divorce, but prove adultery is another tough-nut!)
