I signed up for 750 shared minutes & unlimited text and data on a family plan with a military discount... then, T-Mobile changed our phone numbers without permission and stuck us with another plan. T-Mobile did NOT honor their contract. It was a classic bait & switch. By the way, when I taped cutomer service they complained T-Mobile didn't allow customers to tape? Really? The great State of Texas does and T-Mobile customer service sounds like liars.

@072972ification no its not, "4g" is short for 4th generation network, there are a few different kinds of "4g" networks in development but the only ones in use right now are the gsm based LTE , and the cdma based WIMAX. lte is used by Verizon and wimax is used by sprint, t mobile uses hsdpa+. hsdpa+ is a 3rd generation network. but it is faster than 3g networks of before. because of that t mobile calls it "4g" but it is really false advertising they do it to compete with real "4g" networks

They offered me a different phone (Samsung-Gravity-Smar​t-Lunar-Grey ) which is in no way comparable to my current device I have had t-mobile for three years and was never late on a payment or anything I even renewed my contract because I was so happy with them.
