@justin1989001 Heh I have no problem having my sammy smoked by some XJ's... but I bought the sammy as my side by side and set it up for the trails around my property... And I could guarantee you that you would not even be able to keep up to my sammy on these trails. As for Cherokees and Unibody's being "REAL" jeeps I am sure Compass owners think they own a real jeep as well LOL! Thats like sayin a H2 or H3 is a real hummer. TOTALLY different animals.

@justin1989001 Unibody a mans rig? LOL that is funnier than hell... as for the race not interested since I know the cummins would smoke my hummer.... I want to drop the cummins in my hummer however I also have a 04 2500 cummins however it is stock besides aftermarket exhaust. But yeah your lil XJ is a joke you should upgrade before talkin smack. my $400 samurai can dun it.(1.6l engine, 6" suspension lift with 2" missing links. high mount shock mounts. zor tcase mount 34" TSL skinnies, Propane)
@Injunfarian HAHAHA ohh thats a cute little sami considering mine is a custom four link up front 35 slpine axles ARB Hydro with a D44 with a spool and a 4.7 stroker inline 6 with 4.56 gears 4.1 low tcase.. and im on 6' lift now with 35's bilstein shocks chip, exhaust ect..... so dont try me ! ! ! and the 2500 cummins my friend has is a ATS deisel aurora twin turbo kit pushin alot of boost and runs low 10's in the quarter..... again dont try me in my XJ! !
@greatplanesman Have you wheeled an H1 before? I can tell you I have wheeled a Jeep TJ, H1, Jeep ZJ, and a YJ... Have did minor wheeling in a Samurai but not much yet... and I prefer the H1. However the YJ and Samurai are fun as well since it is more careless wheeling where I dont care about body damage etc.
the only reason why i didnt watch this whole video is becasue of the gay song by some nigga muddings a white person thing put some fuckin country on here
@kxdirtrider85 Yet another racist, It's almost a waste of time responding to screw ups like you... So I think I will just leave it at that and let you read my comments to other inbreds.
@Injunfarian As a white adult male who loves county music i thank that the song was a nice pick. The song by chamillionaire "ridin dirty" gose good with the mud.
@billytillery Yeah, only urban mainstream song that kinda fits the profile. However I sometimes can be heard pumping some Brad Paisley - Get some mud on the tires... Stay tuned for new video footage next spring... I will have a GoPro as well as a couple Suzuki Samurai's that will be wheeling more weekends than not... Might have some build video of them over the winter... I still have the H1 but it is getting some TLC and taking a break from abuse until it gets built(lockers, lift, tires, etc)
@billytillery Yeah, I think all new footage is going to be music free just the sounds of the engines since songs come and go... fade in and fade out... but the sound of an engine ripping up the mud always sounds good to anyone.
Heavy = more traction. Sure tires help as well but any high school physics student will tell you the heavier the object is the more friction it has to the surface. No matter what size tire or horse power a jeep has it is limited in pulling due to the weight If I had my hummer on level solid ground with brakes locked the jeep would just hop trying to pull me. I could easily just put the hummer in gear and drag his 44s around the lot.
@Injunfarian You do understand that adding 44s means you also have to add, 1 ton full width axles (or 2.5 rockwells), a bigblock v-8, a stronger tranny for the v-8, and a stronger transfer case. In short you pretty much stuff a 1ton or bigger truck into a jeep. 4,000 pounds? Yea right. It probably weighs around 6,000 unless he's stripped it for weight.
@blah666ful Exactly so now is that a jeep or a Full size truck with Jeep body? Fact is the only way a vehicle can beat a hummer is to be extremly modded.. And even then it will lack in areas whether it be on road driveability and high center of gravity etc etc.. Its funny how you state hummers suck due to how heavy they are yet brag about making other vehicles heavier to be "better" sure sounds like youi know what your talking about. Sounds like hummer envy to me.
@Injunfarian Also, contact patch helps more than weight. A 44x19.50 inch tire has a much larger contact patch than your bald 38s, and an aggressive tread that digs.
@blah666ful Yes of course contact patch helps as well but so does weight... I have rescued alot of rigs on the trail with my bald 38's and be hard pressed to find any jeep with any size tires that can out pull my H1. Just from my experience I would feel alot more secure knowing there is another H1 there it help recover me then a jeep on 1 tons.
@Injunfarian One more thing you forgot to mention. As far as power plants go they've got a shitty engine for their size and price. A 5.9 Cummins turbo diesel will kick it's ass all day. For the price it damned well better have a good everything, but it doesn't. Which is why I dislike them.
@blah666ful I totally agree with you. I hate my 6.5l and do want to change it to a p-pump 5.9l 12v cummins. However in 2006 they did do the dmax/allison transmission which I wish they would have done since dmax has been around.
@Injunfarian I had an '89 dodge with a 5.9 cummins in it. Sold the truck for 4,000 dollars in the late 90s to a guy that just wanted the engine. Best engine you can put in a pickup truck imo. Get one or go home.
@blah666ful Ummmm fyi hummers dont use cummins they use duramax or gm motors not dodge. As for your ridiculous comment on dodge engines being superior the army doesnt seem to have any problems with em. You dont see dodge Durangos being drove around by the military now do you?
@suedepolo Number one, fyi Dodge always has been the predominant brand used by the military long before the hummer was released. Number two, a cummins diesel is made by cummins, not dodge. The military has never been huge on engine requirements which is why the engine/tranny always has been the weakest link in a hummer. If it hits a double nickle (55) then the military will use it.
@wesalwayswins Actually the Jeep was designed by Bantum. After the design was approved by the military the contract for production was given to two big American car manufactures, ford and willys-overland. In the 70s Jeep was bought by AMC. In the late 70s-early 80s AMC was purchased by Chrysler and they acquired Jeep at that time as well. :) The old square head light wrangler (yj) was an AMC design that was released by Chrysler as the first Jeep produced under Chrysler ownership.
@Injunfarian sorry i didnt read ur mind and realise you live in canada. so you're a canuck? a city canuck, a black city canuck, a black in city canuck that wants me to believe his craAaAaAaAzy stories. a black in city crazy story telling canuck. oooooh, who also alows his dad to give daily rectal exams.. okay so a black incity crazy story telling rectal exam recieving canuck... i figured it out, my job here is done
@cotequadsport You got a real obsession with Rectal exams... I hope you didnt suffer anything as a child... BTW there you go being ignorant again by ASSUMING that I am black.... Are you that dumb not to see the teepee in the intro? I am proud to be NATIVE now get off my land bitch.
@Injunfarian excuse me, if you dont recall, we took this land from you. :) dude get a life and stop replying. you most aaaaaaalways be on youtube.must be one of those fat "indian" kids that live in there parents basement ( in the native american farms where taxes provide for you) making all kinds of stuff up. okay my turn, i used to own 17 H1s, 37 cj 7s, 14.25 xjs, 3 f150s, a few 350 powered yjs.. i sold 63 of them yesterday tho, now im moving to the city.
@cotequadsport Hah stop replying? this is my video dumb ass you get a life and stop replying. I aint the one that is talking shit on another guys video so who is the fat nerd without a life? I am guessing the "pirate" that likes to say HAR HAR... As for making shit up I speak the truth check my videos and you will more than likely see all my vehicles in the videos are one point or another. Now I dont own them all atm I have bought and sold. Have H1, Ram, YJ and Navi ATM.
I've had a jeep TJ for ten years now.. And I hate Jeep owners, most of them just like having a lifted jeep and pretend they go off road. Not many people are harder on a vehicle than I am, I just had to use a sledgehammer to get a grade 70 chain unstuck from between the gas tank and the frame. That was after towing 20 foot long 28 inch diameter logs out of the woods so my neighbor would have firewood this winter.. And that's normal abuse.
@BrassAxe But I will never say my jeep is better that a Hummer H1 or even another jeep.. It's all about the situation and the person driving.. I've gone four wheeling in that jeep in 42 different states and managed to drive it home every time. In all that time the only thing I know for sure is that doesn't matter one f*cking bit what vehicle you have. As long as you can laugh and be in a good mood if it breaks. Bad ass four wheeling takes bad ass people, no matter what vehicle they drive.
@BrassAxe Couldn't of said it better myself. I have owned alot a vehicles over the years, each vehicle has its own purpose. There are things a Jeep can do that a H1 can't and vice versa... Hell I currently own both a H1 and a YJ. Whenever I see a trail rig with pin strips and beat up rockers I show my respect. This video was simply created to back up the H1. Alot of Snobby Jeepers out there think they are all high and mighty yet dont wheel and dont think anyone else does.
@Injunfarian The first thing to look at on a jeep isn't the lift kit, it's the undercarriage. There have been many times someone has shown me their rig and it doesn't have a scratch underneath.. Soft tops with snorkels.. Lift kits with chrome rims.. Mud tires on the wrong way.. The list goes on and on.. Usually people with nice "looking" rigs aren't worth talking too. Jeep or hummer.. But the people with smashed linkages and gouged frames yet still drive their rig daily, are worth knowing..
@Injunfarian I'm going to assume your reffering to country music. appaerntly you dont listen to it becasue there isn't that many "my girl left me songs".. what about some rock. basicly mudding videos and rap music go together like country music and break dancing videos.
@cotequadsport Like I said I like music with rhythm not just a bunch of instruments going off and a couple guys yelling into the mic... I'll stick to my "coon" music and you can stick to your headache music.. btw does the head banging reduce the headache?
@cotequadsport Yup I am currently a city boy but will be a country boy soon enough... As for a civic never owned one or would ever own one. My vehicle list: 68 Firebird, 2000 Jeep TJ, 1998 Hummer, 1986 S10, 1995 Jeep ZJ, 1995 Jeep YJ, 2004 Dodge 2500 CTD, 1999 Navigator.
As you can see I am a truck/suv guy with exception of 1 car. None of my vehicles were blinged out except for the Dodge that came with a bit of bling. Your just sad that a city boy rolls better than you.
@cotequadsport As you should be... Don't need your racist comments here, maybe take them back to the trailer park and tell them to your wife that is your cousin.
@Injunfarian haha. not speechless because you think your cool. speechless at what a faggot you are for letting your dad (har har whos also your brother har har (see that funny joke) har har) give you rectal exams..
@cotequadsport I am a "city boy" remember? the inbreeding is usually done out of the city. Don't hate.
As for "cool" I must have a bit of a cool factor for you to find yourself viewing and posting to my video... I definitely don't find videos/channels by "faggots" interesting enough to post to...
@cotequadsport btw I like your "har hars" I have a friend that uses the same laugh that is a pure NERD... He thinks he is a "pirate" cuz he downloads shit all day and that is all he does so he says HAR HAR... Keep it "white and nerdy!" sorry I should have used that remix of this track on the video.
@TheRUSSELLBOY Actually not many hummers came from factory with lockers... my 1998(black opentop in this video) came with a Torsen 1 Diff which is not locked by any means however i can do BTM to get similar effect but I never used BTM in any of these clips due to mud etc its more useful on rocks than in mud.
@Injunfarian Most 4x4s might have a limited slip in the back if you order the offroad package. So hummers are still better off than most other 4x4s. With the exception of a well made air intake and a few climbing tricks hummers suck. That lifted jeep could tow you through that hole faster than either of the hummers did it :P
@blah666ful lol a stock hummer would kill a stock jeep any day.. As for a lifted jeep towing a hummer quicker than another hummer obviously shows your lack of knowledge when it comes to physics. I try not to play alone with jeepers etc just for the fact that sometimes they just cant recover a stuck H1. I do admit I have been recovered by a jeep before but I recover more jeeps than they recover me.
@crownvicguy Yes, I have been wanting to go there for the last couple of years but always conflicted with my schedule.
I will try but highly doubt i'll have it there this year but will more than likely have it there next year when she is all built up a bit better... ATM the black/tan softtop is in rough shape the steering gear is totally sheared off the frame and the balljoints etc need replacing so I am going to build her over the next several months
The last part of this was acually at Genesee Mi. Mt Morris rd mounds .You wont do much muddin in Flint. Rideing dirty means something else there...lol..
not at all because i watch hummer videos, commercals, and after all im in america, im tron from different models from the 3 companies, like as you know chrysler's jeep fords well ford, and gms hummer. but i do disagree with chevy trucks, and foren trucks like isuzu and toyota.
@mightymainac Hummers are actually AM General well the real ones are atleast. GM might have bought the name and watered down the name but my H1 is AM General. The H1 has alot more american made components then just about any mass produced vehicle out there.
@555BERSERKER damn your real ignorant eh? You didnt see the teepee on the splash screen?
For one I aint white and for two I happen to like music with rhythm. The thing I dont understand is why a 27 year old would have nothing better to do with his time but to write stupid comments on peoples videos... Grow up.
notice the jeeps and trucks all have the tow straps hooked up in the front 'just in case' while the hummers have the tow straps always hooked up to the back for the same reason
@Blakester569 white and nerdy? lol that is hilarious coming from someone that has Call of Duty Black ops videos in his uploads.... Try getting outside a bit more son.
ya gotta love diesel power and i only hate on the plastic hummers H2,H3,H3t,HX but im a jeep fan i have a lifted tj on 33" front and rear eaton lockers custom rollcage , bumpers, fenders andi stand solid on lets see a hummer do goood in tight rock crawling situations
@TheJoshstevenson Tight it all relative... What would be a tight trail to a hummer might not be so for a jeep.. what would be a tight trail for a jeep would not be so for a ATV or Dirt bike. etc...
@pissonyou666 wow 666 how original.... btw I am not white... I thought the intro screen to the vid might have gave you a hint but I guess not... thats how ignorant you are I guess.
This is a perfect example of the benefits of that unique drive system of the H1. No diff's to get caught in between the ruts. I'm a Jeep fan, but would buy an H1 in a heartbeat if I could afford it. Very cool video.
@SouthernKudzu Exactly, I am a Jeep fan as well(owned them my whole driving career) started with a TJ, then ZJ, and another ZJ, and now own a YJ.
I personally like *MOST* 4x4's I would say all but then I would be lying. I just created this video as a defensive video to all the hummer hating videos out there.... No other reason. I was just bored of seeing that same video of the H2 breaking a tierod or the H1 on the rocks by a driver that didnt know what they were doing... So i created one
@jimmyjamescanada1 1999 and newer have TT4 which is sorta like a diff lock but not as good as a full locker. the 1998(my year) and older do not have diff lock but they do have Torsen 1 diffs that allow for BTM(brake throttle modulation) that again is simular to a locker but not as good as a full locker. Also I wouldnt want to use it in the mud just during more slow speed obsticles like rock climb etc.
those are all stock jeeps. put a 7" longarm on them and lockers 39.5's and they can go further than any hummer can as they are light. I would eat those trails up in my Isuzu Rodeo 8" lift lockers. i RESPECT ALL RIGS BUT TO SAY A hUMMER IS BETTER WELL THATS JUST STUPID. maybe stock vs stock
@UROMASTYXKEEPER lol are you serious? first off all those ARE STOCK HUMMERS. 2ndly that Toyota is not a jeep nor close to stock it had over 38" boggers if memory serves me correct. Plus that opentop(with tan softtop) hummer had bald tires. Also 7" longarm and 39.5's would be a nice mud and greatly improves the performance of a jeep but if your talking like that put a 7" lift on a H1. your talking atleast 46" tires. Also rewatch that video... The only stock jeep is the first one the rest are not.
@Injunfarian HAHA, I thought the same thing of his comment and I'm a Jeep guy. Put my Jeep body on a dozer running gear and tracks...I can go anywhere.
@Bullittrocks heh this aint no redneck video its a redskin video. If I wanted to listen to "cowboys" looking for love in all the wrong places I would throw up some redneck songs but to be honest I like something with Rhythm.
I am just curious how many people on here arguing against Hummer have actually ever driven one, or even worked on one. Well I have, I worked on them for 7 years in the Army, and "played" in the mud in spots that would devour any jeep. When we took our Hummers out on Ft. Hood to "try" and get them stuck...we had to work at it..It actually takes talent to get one stuck. And once it is stuck, it takes talent to get it unstuck!!! Hummer truel is LIKE NOTHING ELSE!!!
Also, as far as axels go...in 7 years in the Army and 2 trips to IRAQ, I never once replaced a CV axle for anything other than a torn boot. that is on any of them basic, A1, A2, 1114 or 1151, and 1151's weigh in over 7 tons..put 7 tons on your jeep axles and see how long they last...That is the hole point of a Hummer..is that it is Tough and can go anywhere, You get what you pay for!!! I am not trying to start anything I am just saying I can vouch for the Toughness of a hummer!!!
@052500hd Army HUMVEE'S are not the same as GM's hummer. There seem to be a lot of vids of hummers breaking while offroading. Maybe cuz there are a lot of haters or maybe cuz they break a lot. Paying 50k+ for a vehicle and then taking it offroad seems idiotic. Paying 50k+ for an offroad vehicle and only driving it on pavement is also idiotic. It seems buying a Hummer is a losing proposition no matter what you do. Buying a used H1 seems the smartest thing to do.
@052500hd very true... most if not all of the hummer haters have never offroaded one or even been in one for that matter. I can say that I have offroaded an H1, TJ, YJ, ZJ, and S10. I put the H1 in the top bar none.
Thank you my friend

Jeep > Hummer, but just because Jeeps are the cheaper hobby... Not that there's anything wrong with something as badass as a hummer...
greatplanesman 3 months ago
@greatplanesman What makes you think that Jeeps > Hummers? because they are a cheaper hobby? If that is the case than Samurai's > Jeeps.
Injunfarian 3 months ago 2
@Injunfarian Just a preference.
greatplanesman 3 months ago
@greatplanesman Have you wheeled an H1 before? I can tell you I have wheeled a Jeep TJ, H1, Jeep ZJ, and a YJ... Have did minor wheeling in a Samurai but not much yet... and I prefer the H1. However the YJ and Samurai are fun as well since it is more careless wheeling where I dont care about body damage etc.
Injunfarian 3 months ago
@Injunfarian Yep, i've been in LOTS of 4x4 toys. It's just a hobby though. Something that has grown on me over time.

@kxdirtrider85 Yet another racist, It's almost a waste of time responding to screw ups like you... So I think I will just leave it at that and let you read my comments to other inbreds.
Injunfarian 5 months ago
@Injunfarian well its kinda hard not be racist wen you live down south your hole life and all im saying is that the video diserves a better song
kxdirtrider85 5 months ago
@Injunfarian As a white adult male who loves county music i thank that the song was a nice pick. The song by chamillionaire "ridin dirty" gose good with the mud.
billytillery 3 months ago
@billytillery Yeah, only urban mainstream song that kinda fits the profile. However I sometimes can be heard pumping some Brad Paisley - Get some mud on the tires... Stay tuned for new video footage next spring... I will have a GoPro as well as a couple Suzuki Samurai's that will be wheeling more weekends than not... Might have some build video of them over the winter... I still have the H1 but it is getting some TLC and taking a break from abuse until it gets built(lockers, lift, tires, etc)
Injunfarian 3 months ago
@Injunfarian You could go with the"Truck got stuck" song but it's a little over played on mudding videos.
billytillery 3 months ago
@billytillery Yeah, I think all new footage is going to be music free just the sounds of the engines since songs come and go... fade in and fade out... but the sound of an engine ripping up the mud always sounds good to anyone.

Cool vid but I HAD to hit the mute button.
jonafree33 6 months ago
Heavy = more traction. Sure tires help as well but any high school physics student will tell you the heavier the object is the more friction it has to the surface. No matter what size tire or horse power a jeep has it is limited in pulling due to the weight If I had my hummer on level solid ground with brakes locked the jeep would just hop trying to pull me. I could easily just put the hummer in gear and drag his 44s around the lot.
Injunfarian 6 months ago
@Injunfarian You do understand that adding 44s means you also have to add, 1 ton full width axles (or 2.5 rockwells), a bigblock v-8, a stronger tranny for the v-8, and a stronger transfer case. In short you pretty much stuff a 1ton or bigger truck into a jeep. 4,000 pounds? Yea right. It probably weighs around 6,000 unless he's stripped it for weight.
blah666ful 6 months ago
@blah666ful Exactly so now is that a jeep or a Full size truck with Jeep body? Fact is the only way a vehicle can beat a hummer is to be extremly modded.. And even then it will lack in areas whether it be on road driveability and high center of gravity etc etc.. Its funny how you state hummers suck due to how heavy they are yet brag about making other vehicles heavier to be "better" sure sounds like youi know what your talking about. Sounds like hummer envy to me.
Injunfarian 6 months ago
@Injunfarian Also, contact patch helps more than weight. A 44x19.50 inch tire has a much larger contact patch than your bald 38s, and an aggressive tread that digs.
blah666ful 6 months ago
@blah666ful Yes of course contact patch helps as well but so does weight... I have rescued alot of rigs on the trail with my bald 38's and be hard pressed to find any jeep with any size tires that can out pull my H1. Just from my experience I would feel alot more secure knowing there is another H1 there it help recover me then a jeep on 1 tons.
Injunfarian 6 months ago
@Injunfarian One more thing you forgot to mention. As far as power plants go they've got a shitty engine for their size and price. A 5.9 Cummins turbo diesel will kick it's ass all day. For the price it damned well better have a good everything, but it doesn't. Which is why I dislike them.
blah666ful 6 months ago
@blah666ful I totally agree with you. I hate my 6.5l and do want to change it to a p-pump 5.9l 12v cummins. However in 2006 they did do the dmax/allison transmission which I wish they would have done since dmax has been around.
Injunfarian 6 months ago
@Injunfarian I had an '89 dodge with a 5.9 cummins in it. Sold the truck for 4,000 dollars in the late 90s to a guy that just wanted the engine. Best engine you can put in a pickup truck imo. Get one or go home.
blah666ful 6 months ago
@blah666ful Ummmm fyi hummers dont use cummins they use duramax or gm motors not dodge. As for your ridiculous comment on dodge engines being superior the army doesnt seem to have any problems with em. You dont see dodge Durangos being drove around by the military now do you?
suedepolo 6 months ago
@suedepolo Number one, fyi Dodge always has been the predominant brand used by the military long before the hummer was released. Number two, a cummins diesel is made by cummins, not dodge. The military has never been huge on engine requirements which is why the engine/tranny always has been the weakest link in a hummer. If it hits a double nickle (55) then the military will use it.
blah666ful 5 months ago
@blah666ful
Dodge does not make Willys or Jeep and cummins is owned by Ford. You are close but not longer correct.
wesalwayswins 5 months ago
@wesalwayswins Actually the Jeep was designed by Bantum. After the design was approved by the military the contract for production was given to two big American car manufactures, ford and willys-overland. In the 70s Jeep was bought by AMC. In the late 70s-early 80s AMC was purchased by Chrysler and they acquired Jeep at that time as well. :) The old square head light wrangler (yj) was an AMC design that was released by Chrysler as the first Jeep produced under Chrysler ownership.
blah666ful 4 months ago
@wesalwayswins Cummins is it's own company. Nothing to do with Ford.
blah666ful 4 months ago
Hummers = heavy and independent suspension. Nothing more or less, but hey, maybe they're on to something....

As for making shit up I speak the truth check my videos and you will more than likely see all my vehicles in the videos are one point or another. Now I dont own them all atm I have bought and sold. Have H1, Ram, YJ and Navi ATM.
Injunfarian 6 months ago
I've had a jeep TJ for ten years now.. And I hate Jeep owners, most of them just like having a lifted jeep and pretend they go off road. Not many people are harder on a vehicle than I am, I just had to use a sledgehammer to get a grade 70 chain unstuck from between the gas tank and the frame. That was after towing 20 foot long 28 inch diameter logs out of the woods so my neighbor would have firewood this winter.. And that's normal abuse.
BrassAxe 6 months ago
@BrassAxe But I will never say my jeep is better that a Hummer H1 or even another jeep.. It's all about the situation and the person driving.. I've gone four wheeling in that jeep in 42 different states and managed to drive it home every time. In all that time the only thing I know for sure is that doesn't matter one f*cking bit what vehicle you have. As long as you can laugh and be in a good mood if it breaks. Bad ass four wheeling takes bad ass people, no matter what vehicle they drive.
BrassAxe 6 months ago
@BrassAxe Couldn't of said it better myself. I have owned alot a vehicles over the years, each vehicle has its own purpose. There are things a Jeep can do that a H1 can't and vice versa... Hell I currently own both a H1 and a YJ. Whenever I see a trail rig with pin strips and beat up rockers I show my respect. This video was simply created to back up the H1. Alot of Snobby Jeepers out there think they are all high and mighty yet dont wheel and dont think anyone else does.

BrassAxe 6 months ago
@Injunfarian The first thing to look at on a jeep isn't the lift kit, it's the undercarriage. There have been many times someone has shown me their rig and it doesn't have a scratch underneath.. Soft tops with snorkels.. Lift kits with chrome rims.. Mud tires on the wrong way.. The list goes on and on.. Usually people with nice "looking" rigs aren't worth talking too. Jeep or hummer.. But the people with smashed linkages and gouged frames yet still drive their rig daily, are worth knowing..

cotequadsport 6 months ago

As you can see I am a truck/suv guy with exception of 1 car. None of my vehicles were blinged out except for the Dodge that came with a bit of bling. Your just sad that a city boy rolls better than you.

Injunfarian 7 months ago
@Injunfarian Most 4x4s might have a limited slip in the back if you order the offroad package. So hummers are still better off than most other 4x4s. With the exception of a well made air intake and a few climbing tricks hummers suck. That lifted jeep could tow you through that hole faster than either of the hummers did it :P
blah666ful 6 months ago
@blah666ful lol a stock hummer would kill a stock jeep any day.. As for a lifted jeep towing a hummer quicker than another hummer obviously shows your lack of knowledge when it comes to physics. I try not to play alone with jeepers etc just for the fact that sometimes they just cant recover a stuck H1. I do admit I have been recovered by a jeep before but I recover more jeeps than they recover me.

This is a perfect example of the benefits of that unique drive system of the H1. No diff's to get caught in between the ruts. I'm a Jeep fan, but would buy an H1 in a heartbeat if I could afford it. Very cool video.
SouthernKudzu 1 year ago 5
@SouthernKudzu Exactly, I am a Jeep fan as well(owned them my whole driving career) started with a TJ, then ZJ, and another ZJ, and now own a YJ.
I personally like *MOST* 4x4's I would say all but then I would be lying. I just created this video as a defensive video to all the hummer hating videos out there.... No other reason. @Injunfarian do hummers have a diff lock
is that why the are so good in the mud
jimmyjamescanada1 1 year ago
@jimmyjamescanada1 1999 and newer have TT4 which is sorta like a diff lock but not as good as a full locker. the 1998(my year) and older do not have diff lock but they do have Torsen 1 diffs that allow for BTM(brake throttle modulation) that again is simular to a locker but not as good as a full locker. Also I wouldnt want to use it in the mud just during more slow speed obsticles like rock climb etc.
Injunfarian 1 year ago
those are all stock jeeps. put a 7" longarm on them and lockers 39.5's and they can go further than any hummer can as they are light. I would eat those trails up in my Isuzu Rodeo 8" lift lockers. i RESPECT ALL RIGS BUT TO SAY A hUMMER IS BETTER WELL THATS JUST STUPID. maybe stock vs stock
UROMASTYXKEEPER 1 year ago
@UROMASTYXKEEPER lol are you serious? first off all those ARE STOCK HUMMERS. 2ndly that Toyota is not a jeep nor close to stock it had over 38" boggers if memory serves me correct. Plus that opentop(with tan softtop) hummer had bald tires. Also 7" longarm and 39.5's would be a nice mud and greatly improves the performance of a jeep but if your talking like that put a 7" lift on a H1. your talking atleast 46" tires. Also rewatch that video... The only stock jeep is the first one the rest are not.

052500hd 1 year ago
Also, as far as axels go...in 7 years in the Army and 2 trips to IRAQ, I never once replaced a CV axle for anything other than a torn boot. that is on any of them basic, A1, A2, 1114 or 1151, and 1151's weigh in over 7 tons..put 7 tons on your jeep axles and see how long they last...That is the hole point of a Hummer..is that it is Tough and can go anywhere, You get what you pay for!!! I am not trying to start anything I am just saying I can vouch for the Toughness of a hummer!!!
052500hd 1 year ago
@052500hd Army HUMVEE'S are not the same as GM's hummer. There seem to be a lot of vids of hummers breaking while offroading. Maybe cuz there are a lot of haters or maybe cuz they break a lot. Paying 50k+ for a vehicle and then taking it offroad seems idiotic. Paying 50k+ for an offroad vehicle and only driving it on pavement is also idiotic. It seems buying a Hummer is a losing proposition no matter what you do. Buying a used H1 seems the smartest thing to do.
Einsteinian99 1 year ago
@052500hd very true... most if not all of the hummer haters have never offroaded one or even been in one for that matter. I can say that I have offroaded an H1, TJ, YJ, ZJ, and S10. I put the H1 in the top bar none.
