amazing game, but i think the 2nd player doesnt get to do much, i mean cmon! stopping boulders from moving, to make an easy adventure even easyer!! pfft, i just hope u can play as luigi

Once you get all 120 stars in the game, you can play as Luigi. He runs faster, and can jump higher, however it's harder to bring him to a stop. Lots of replay value!

if it ran on gc, the frame rate would've dipped and textures wouldn't be as sharp. cuz the wii has twice the RAM and horsepower of gc.

The upgrade in technology is barely visible imo.

Actually, if you pay careful notice, there is an upgrade on textures and shading. Also, they added some fur effects. If you got a closer look at the Queen Bee shown at the end of this video, you'd know what I mean. Apparently, the graphics in this game are supposed to be on par with 360. Water effects look pretty neat as well.
