Day 9 actually kinda have a point. I personally don't like WoW anymore but the reason for WoW sucess was due to it being a clone of every other MMO game in existence and to this day Blizzard is still copying. Blizzard took everything that was good in an MMO and implement it to their own game removing all the bad parts of it. It's actually why people call everything WoW clone because it's much faster to say with WoW being most MMOs past or future. (that and they never played past MMOs)

@notlengthy What am I whining about? I agree with everything he says. It's just that the overall gameplay made a big step back. The Game is great, i would LOVE to play it, but it BORES ME TO DEATH. The only thing I can whine about WoW is the PvP Gameplay: OpenPvP is death, some classes are just overall better than others(Hello there mages!) and arena... one setup is better than ALL others. I loved PvP in vanilla/tbc, kinda liked it in wotlk and began to hate it in cata.

@TsubasaSaito What one setup is better than 'ALL' others? And only baddies complain about frost mages. You should only be having trouble with them as a feral druid or an arms warrior. Otherwise nut up and learn your class.

@notlengthy Funny, never said something about frost mages, only about mages in general. Seems to me that you either play mage by yourself or doesn't know anything about pvp. Strangly enough that I'm able to defeat frostmages with both of my main chars, still their out of balance, which even Blizzard stated. But that was back when I last played, about half a year ago. I just hope for the game, that the next addon will be a lot better than WotLK, or at least better than Cataclysm. :)

@Nashtak It's an accomplishment that they took a pre-existing concept and improved upon it in such a way that it was not only accessible to gamer type people, but also to normal everyday folks who in no way identify with gamer society. Blizzard helped bring gaming into the mainstream in a huge way and unless people are gamer-hipster assholes that should be recognized as a fantastic thing.

I still play world of warcraft. Mostly to keep chatting with people. You have to admit 15 bucks a month to simply chat is kind of sucky but I still do the quests with people and raid so I think its well worth the price I pay to do more than stupid yahoo chat could ever do. Or skype!

But yea...wow is painfully addictive. I tell my friends stay away from it. You will lose your soul! XD

@moonshadegold 15 bucks a MONTH.. do you understand how truly cheap that is? To pay 15 dollars a month to have entertainment for an infinite amount of time in that month is amazing, it's basically free. To go to a movie these days will drop you 30 bucks, double that of 1 month of WoW.

Plus for those who are hit by being under the age of being able to get a job getting £20 a month is pretty damn difficult. As well as getting £30-40 each time there is an expansion.
