i can see why she was in the dance-off for this dance (though i was sad to see her there and felt v.sorry for her having to dance on that toe). It was technically good, but she didn't get into the character of the dance, she was smiling and her movement wasn't sharp and agressive enough. People tend to vote for dances that have the wow factor rather than dances that are technically acomplished, and for the paso to have the wow factor, it needs to be fiery and agressive. Ali's was too nice.

I loved this paso although because she was smiling it took away from the drama of the dance and im guessing her injury was also quite distracting for her, but overall i thought she did amazing!

sorry, but they did not deserve good marks for that dance, it wasn't up to Ali's usual standard and she was smiling! in a Paso!!! I kno she had an injured foot so fair enough, but the judges are totally biased, especially after seeing Laila dance today and Craig only giving her a 3, Laila and Anton to win!!!

lol, still getting worked up about it now, but these two were favourites alongside ricky, laila & jade.

i just don't know what was going through the voting public's minds last week, but hopefully she's done enuff never to end up in bottom 2 again-

That not how u dance the Paso Doble they need to go spain and learn it properly. Some of these dancers can't teach proper Samba, cha cha or salsa. Im colombian n that not how you dance latin dances. They should go South America and learn the REAL way to dance!

She is one of the best dancers Strictly's ever had!!

I don't understand why everybody's always voting for the people who are rubbish!!

Her injury probably effected her performance and that's complately understandable; especially since she sustained it just hours before the show.

I'm just glad the judges saved her and I hope she recovers from her injury fast.

I'm sure she'll give us a beautiful foxtrot next week.

maybe this wasnt her best perfomance but she is a great dancer :) despite this performance..

the judges savedd her for good reason cus us the audience all we judge is how we see the perfomance not on the techniques, foot workmelements aof the actual dance.... get over it for pple who think zoe shud have stayed...she is gd but ali is better!

Christ i'm surprised she could walk let alone give us a dance like this!!

Its a travesty they were in the dance off when she's a better dancer than most of them put together and the only chance of giving us a real competition with Ricky W.

No room for any more inconsistancy now though Ali - you have to knock it out of the ballpark each and every performance from now on

Brian is an amazing dancer, choreographer and teacher. He was ferocious in this!

Ali is talented, a great dancer, and dancing injured!! She is gutsy and I admire her!

i thought this was pretty good. my problem with this is that she was always smiling when paso is supposed to be fiery and vicious. her movements were good but her face didn't sell it

I feel guilty now cos i normally vote for her loads of times but i was out trick or treating this time so i wasnt in to vote and the time i dont vote shes in the bottom-two. i will do loads of voting to make up for it!!!! :P :)

i can't believe she survived the dance off she was awful. She still didn't get the assisted neck dive her movements are not in sync with her partner is always over marked my judges who don't seem to realise that one good starting dance doesn't mean she can dance. to me she doesn't seem to be listening to the music like all the bad dancers don't. Robotic moves from one move to the next doesn't make dancing.
