@NoMoreLiesAboutMe It's because its was devolped by squaresoft (square enix) They have always had the best graphics and CGI look at final fantasy :P

Do you know why the 3rd sequel was only put onto the psp? i mean it looks hella good on the psp its the best psp game with best graphics and story and gameplay. if they made it look so good on psp then they shoulda made it for other systems.

How can this be ps1? look at the graphics of the enviroment

@patrickh92able They are prerendered backgrounds like those found in Resident Evil or Final Fantasy 7 and many other games of the PS1 era. With pre-rendered backgrounds they can look very good the downside is that they are static images and can´t be changed during gameplay. He´s also playing it on an emulator though so it looks even more crisp than it would on a regular PS1.

@eckbw well of course hes using a emulator. everyone uses emulators now days thats why the classic games are cheap priced like snes and N64 and GBA and ps1 etc....
