Somebody at itunes fucked up big time. This is called Vestige but it's actually an instrumental version of Circle Seven. The track after it is called Lullaby of the Crucified Instrumental but it's really an instrumental of Vestige. A Gilded Masquerade (Instrumental) is like over 5 minutes long and contains a good part of the beginning of 'The Best Laid Plans'.... It's a real mess lol, but I'm just going to leave it the way it is.

Either iTunes or the band themselves. I assume it was itunes since they're the only people offering bonus tracks.

This was a bonus track yes. The others were just instrumental versions of songs from the album, but their names were wrong on some and on a couple of them they changed the places where one song ends and the other begins (many of the songs have seamless transitions into the next). It's weird.
