  • Hey, I'm having network issues and can't get to your web page- what part of town are you in?

  • Awesome video ! Coach, can you tell me what equipments you use in this video and if have any differences between the thing at 2:49 and kettlebells ? Thank You so much and congratulations from Brazil !

  • Great stuff , great strength training for MA , love your Gym/gear/attitude to lifting .

  • Are you kidding me? I was just in Austin for SXSW and thought the best your town had was Hyde Park Gym, where I taught a workshop but also had to deal with some real pricks.

I'll be there next year as well. Hope you guys are around.

  • I actually love Hyde Park Gym but you are not wrong.

  • I just emailed you through your website. I'll be there again in March.

  • What were the names of these pricks with whom you had to deal?

  • According to their website, one of them became a trainer. I can't remember his name.

  • This video is awesome. Inspiring. I appreciate the tips on home welding some of the equipment. Keep it up, guys!

  • where can i get that equipment thats used at 2:24?

  • It's a warclub you can weld two 4", 6",or 8" butt weld pipe end caps together and then weld on a length of 1 1/4" cold rolled steel solid rod and then weld two 2" butt weld pipe end cap and put weld it on the bottom for a hand stop. When done, tap out a hole in the top and a whole in the bottom so that you can add shot for for weight.

Or you could buy similar ones at Atomic Athletic.

  • I wonder how heavy those Kettle bells are?

  • 50lbers not heavy but good for high reps.

  • 50lb when filled maybe... your shoot filled KBs are running on empty there bud.... its very, very obivious....

  • Nope they are not shot loadable, nor are they "shoot filled" either, they are fixed weight kb's from Iron Woody.

  • Great vid! No slackers in your gym. Love that tune, who plays it?

    Stay strong!

  • Thank you, the song is by a band called the Black Halos

  • Pretty Cool
