Second Life is not Freeware!! Well not just yet, if it were, the whole SL economy would crash. Just imagine the number of lands & sims that would be abandoned! Why not use Open SIM grid to peddle your freebies. It has no internal economy, so it doesn't matter if you fuck it up there.

Thanks for this awesome vid! It really says all. Just like the other creator I had to take my items down of XStreet. Not only because of payment reasons, but also because I totaly disagree with their latest changes. Who knows what will be next...

That vid is a wonderful statement of how I think and feel about the new Linden policy about SLX. There are other sites to sell SL items: SLAPS, Metaverse, APEZ, to name a few. I think that it is shameful that LL used the 'abusers' to start charging 1000's of small ethical content creators more than they earn. The only ethical response I can make to LL is to remove my inventory then sell and shop elsewhere. PS I LOVE Freebies - both to give and to get ..

Simply great. and true. Exactly whole SL would be cheap crap without the possibility to create, to build, to program. Bad performance, poor graphics.

I took the consequence. I removed all my items from their site, I will NEVER again buy a single item there. The Lab shall not earn a single cent on any transaction.

I can only invite other users to act accordingly.

When the last customer is gone, perhaps they realize you can't eat "quality content".
