i ask myself all the time, how do i reach this state of loving unconditional?

i don't know howto become like this.... what do i have to change in me and my life?

I am looking for a clip of theirs I heard and have not found yet again, it is about couples and she uses the example of how couples talk to each other and if you were in the car together and a third person spoke to you mate the way you do, how that would make you feel. And she talks about the "need to be right". Any help would be great! Also I don't know if it is the same clip or another she talks about driving and letting your partner go the "wrong direction." Love to know the title.
