Robert Rodriguez is something far from a good filmmaker. Execept for one thing or another, there's nothing to be really impressed.

Henry Selick is way much better

Dude you are high as a kite. Look at their imdb profiles. RR blows Henry away with the amount of positions he fills on each movie not to mention the box office numbers totally blows him away. Maybe you like him better but RR has accomplished way more!

@mxmatc Mm-hm. Rodriguez has, indeed, accomplished way more. But Selick made an amazing move with the way he designed Coraline and there's no doubt that this will prove revolutionary to the industry within a few years. Coraline was definitely one of the hardest movies to make ever, just look at the dinner scenes in the Other World, or (spoilers ahead) the final battle in the Other World. All done by hand. (done now). One small puppet to animation, one giant statue to the animation industry.

Love RR as both a person and filmmaker. he seems like a great guy and he is a phenominally unique fimmaker. QT is equally as greatly unique, and a great a filmmaker as well. he also seems like a good guy, but he seems why to hyperactive. haha.
