Rigondeaux says that he being a serious and disciplined athlete, even tough he was kept away from the ring and gyms he never stopped training anywhere he could, he never quit because he kept dreaming one day he would be able to go to the UUSS and fight for a world crown. They are asking rigondeaux about his previous attempt to leave cuba, because in the year 2007 he successfully escaped to brasil but 11 days later he was forced to fly back to cuba. As he arrived to cuba again he was treated like a traitor by everyone, he wasn't allowed in any gym or boxing ring in cuba and no other athlete or friend of his was allowed to get near him. One year and a half later he now flees cuba once again, via mexico and succeeds. They chat a bit about him being a gold medalist
