I love to hear artists sing live, sans the bells & whistles of electronic accompaniments/enhancements. IMO, the litmus test for any singer is how well they can handle an acoustic performance without sound or recording engineers to "clean up" their vocals. It seems to me the great ones always manage to sound better in their live, acoustic performances than in their recordings. And I think Meredith Andrews passed that test with flying colors, proving what a great & gifted artist she is.

I'm going through a storm that I never thought would ever come into my life. I was laying down on my bed one night and the second I started crying, this song came on the radio. I felt God speaking to me through this song. It's amazing how God uses songs and people to comfort us through the storm. I felt God saying it's not going to be easy but He will carry me through it.

This song really helped me get through a tough storm in my life. It let me know that I was not alone and that God was there for me in the midst of it all.He knew what I was going through but it took a couple of weeks before I totally layed it down at His feet.
