AK is a great hand son, just not great to shove pre flop in a cash game. You need to see a flop. In a tournament its a different matter, esp. late on, but you wouldn't know that since you're retarded.

Poker is a game of situations - from this video all you get is cards - there is no way to evaluate the merits of a particular play. Even though Ivey is typically more aggressive than most there are definitely situations where you throw away AK here. Say you have 70k chips. So youre options here are fold, or shove. The next player to be eliminated makes 0$, but the player after that makes $20k. James is known to smooth call with AA and KK opening raises. What do you do in this situation?

How many chips does Ivey have how many does James have? I can't even tell what positions they are in from this video, or if this hand determines payout structures etc. But if you notice, when he folds he looks at James as if James smooth calls with big pairs. he wasnt necessarily worried about ivey.
