The "Homebrew Channel" on the DSi is a .GIF file (animated image), it will reset itself.

This application will never be made. People can do this in theory but its not as easy as laying down a theory and having it work. Eventually the 3DS is going to come out, and no one will care for this dream any more.

This would be great like cydia but for dsi and there are some mini sd cards that you can put into normal sd card adaptor so you download hebrew onto sd card take out minisd out of it and put it into your r4i or TTi it would be profect.
