  • It's so sad... Edward died of Consuption t the age of 15... RIP

  • by looking at king's face,it seems that he was suffering from constipation

  • ...with that voice, I keep expecting to hear Henry say "I am....Batman"...

  • This shows how much Jane loved her boy; although she died shortly after his birth, she loved him above her own life. He was her pride, and her greatest love. Of course she was angry at Henry for treating him like he did. Any mother would be. May they all rest in peace. Because they all changed our world in their own special way.

  • But it is true that King Edward died young :( I don't know history much, but I wonder how Mary and Elizabeth reacted to it, all I know is that they fought over the throne

  • @Paramorerocks19 I'm pretty sure Elizabeth accepted she was not next in line, but I know that the main fight was between Mary and Lady Jane Grey, who Edward wanted to succeed him because he knew Mary would try to turn England back to Catholicism. Although Elizabeth never plotted against her sister, Mary was very insecure over her throne and almost had Elizabeth excecuted. Hope that helps :)

  • @coombeslauren Oh haha, I'm not much of a historian but thanks for clearing it up ^_^

  • Yea... I have a question. What's so special about Jane? I am a novice at Tudor history, so I know how he loved her and all that shiz, but what had she done that Catherine didn't. What her made more appealing than Anne? From what I read she a quiet woman with a strong faith. Lol, cool...

She isn't one of my favorites. Anne and Catherine are.

  • @Wallflower671 She was more appealing than Anne, because she was obedient, good natured and knew when to keep her mouth shut. She was the polar opposite of Anne, and therefore he took interest in her. The qualities that Anne possessed were more appealing as a mistress, than they were as his wife. To be blunt the thing she did that Catherine and Anne couldn't was give him a son, and then die when he was still in love with her, and before he could grow tired. So she died perfect in his eyes.

  • the king's voice is annoying.

  • Jane was treated like dirt by Henry in the marriage... like how he just practically went off on her for not being pregnant sooner in the marriage, and even threatened her life the way he did with anne if she was to interfere with any of the kings matters.. some love that is. the only thing that made jane stand out to henry was how she kept her mouth shut to not fight back and gave birth to a son. besides any good thing that comes to henry he doesn't deserve anyways

  • At least Jane and Henry are together again <3 may they R.I.P

  • "Kings too are made of clay" - Loved her voice when she said that

  • I love Jane! Tell Henry he's a douche!

  • truth be told I love these scenes but for a different reason. It's all just Henry's fears self- loathing and guilt coming back at him in his final days. He feared Edward dying young he felt guilty for Anne and he loathed how he had treated Catherine. these scenes were a great inside look to the mind of the dying king.

  • Jane is the woman he loved most, the one he was actually expected some comfort from. But she gives him the most bleak prediction yet....

  • oh, jane seymour, you are my spirit animal.

  • i want this piano bit in the background where can i find it?

  • I just love the ghost wives.

  • I Love Jane!! She Was So Beautiful In This Scene... <3

  • He emotionally brakes down more with Jane because she finally gave him what he wanted..a son. Had she not died of child birth, she would have lasted a long time with him, unless of course he ever found a reason to divorce her or have her executed.

  • i definitely think if jane had lived he would have stayed with her until he died, she was liked by the people, and henry wouldn't have risked his son being named a bastard, so i doubt he would have ever divorced her or even had her executed. he finally had what he wanted, a son, a kind, obedient wife, he would have had it all. but obviously he couldn't have it all, he didn't deserve it after everything he had done, and to think if she had lived, catherine wouldn't have been killed :/

  • jane seyomour had a son

  • @monsmania100 You dont say!

  • no the tudors are a weals famliy

  • @nrlslove how can elizabeth be a king she was a king LOL

  • go jane, i didnt really like her throughout the series, but im glad that in this scene she grew some balls and told him what she really thought.

  • @roxylulu1 i think that was due to the fact that he couldn't hurt her there

  • This was the first time I felt sorry for Henry in the Tudors, he tried so hard to have a son, and when he had Edward, he tried hard not to lose him.

  • The way he sed Jane when he realized she was there was pure love x as opposed to catherine and Anne he just sed what are you doing here x but he loved Anne also and was more passionate with her x

  • Aaaah thats sad and not really nice from jane.

  • @nrlslove lol Oh come on, Henry totally had it coming; after all the people he murdered during his reign it was only justice that the thing he wanted most desperately, a son to carry on his legacy, was ripped from him.

  • @EnglishRose719 it is still sad, yes is son died bud elizabeth was a very good king so he must be proud of her.

  • @nrlslove Absolutely! Elizabeth was made of pure awesome

  • I loved this scene, so sad.
