I believe that capitalim like you say is not the greatest component of business. Google's CEO prooves that there is much more to the ideas that you express here. He prooved that by doing the right thing he made more money by being socially responible than practicing the art of capitalism in its entirety.

I'm sorry but capitalism is the greatest component of business. The restriction of free trade will ONLY demobilize new industries. I agree that CEO's and businesses leaders should practice ethical boundries. However, I do not believe in regulation through the government because it won't work. Perhaps if one were to make the punishment for CEO's or business leaders more severe than a slap on the rist minimal security prison then perhaps people may reconsider purposely screwing the global economy

What is the essence of capitalim?The right to life...no liberty...no the puruit of money hell yea. The principles of capitalism where money is the essential driving force behind productivity and excellence needs to be changed. Rather contribution to society should be our motivator if it could ever come to that. And by this I mean that the whole finance structure is flawed.money does not=work. thats the problem. for now your system would work but I fear an even greater problem is at hand.
