He refers to the Inflation of 1923. But that had nothing to do with the Nazi-"Machtergreifung" 10 years later.

The Inflation was an effect of WW1 and the Treaty of Versailles and began already in 1914.

After the currency reform of 1923 the german ecomomy began to recover.

So its a little bit shallow to reduce the inflation only to its peak in 1923 and refering to the Nazis in 1933.

@Sokra01 Of course did this had a huge impact on the nazi party. They used the inflation in their program and promised the german people to fix it. Even after reformation the german people were forced to pay huge amounts of money to france, Britain and so forth. The damaged german economy the inflation and the contract of versailles are all linked with WW II

Collapse is not necessarily hyperinflation (Weimar style). Hyperinflation is more unlikely long-term scenario, but the dollar could lose a BIG part of its value soon

If the dollar loses even more value than it already has, it'll be worth nothing. Its value is currently 4 or 5 cents. I think the dollar lost a big part of its value already...Hyperinflation is inevitable.
