@birdybirds sold your soul to me = you devoted your life to hip hop. Eminem as you may notice is a career entertainer. He flew to L.A leaving his wife and kid at home to sign with Dr Dre in the 90's. He's been producing music almost non stop ever since. He didn't literally sell his soul, he means he gave up everything for his career.
