I have z4 3.5i can you tell how can i use launch control corectly? Plz

It should be in 'sports' mode to activate the launch control. Mostly push the lever forward and hold it in sports mode. Rev it up between 3000rpm and 4500rpm and somewhere in between it will activate the launch control. By releasing the lever you'll get launched.

Read the manual carefully for the do's en don't do's .... ;)
