samsa you should upload a video because you know nothing about saabs, 2 psi gave you 45whp with an exhaust bahahaha... try again I didnt put out 250whp until stage 4 and I was running 23psi with intercooler, bov, intake, full 3" exhaust and stage 4 ecu...
Also, it is easy and reliable to run those cars completely stock engine wise at the power level of stage 5. Im running stage 5, and even if you go further you still wouldnt need a port and polish
the redline on a stock saab is limited to 6100 rpms so you can get full boost without damaging the engine. they could handle 7k easily but it would wear the engine faster unless you re-cammed, ported, and polished the engine.. which i would expect one to do before going stage 5
at wheels, or crank? i have a 99 9-3 se with exhaust BOV intake and handling upgrades. if you dont already have a better exhaust get one. the shit i listed gives me 210 whp on 91 oct. pump gas at 7000 ft. altitude. 2 more psi and high flow exhaust gained me 45 whp!
