  • Everyone replying to @applesweeter

He's not necessarily being a jerk, and he's not necessarily hating on FSX. He may be considering buying, in which case we've got to show him that FSX'ers have class, and we aren't jerks. Just so you know, I'm not Monday morning quarterback; I play flight simulator too.

  • I'm guessing the shaking around is turbulence :p

  • fsx?

  • dear @applesweeter , spare your time and go write a book about your hatethoughts to FSX ;)

  • i got this te a 10 but the cock pit is just a picture can somwone tellme were i can get a good file for this plane

  • can u shoot the damn thing if not that kinda sucks but other wise looks cool

  • Dear All,

I have some questions about psychology:

    (1) Why do we enjoy flying "Flight Simulator"?

    (2) Why do some of us prefer to fly fighter (eg. A-10) instead of commerical aeroplanes (eg. 737)?

    (3) If Flight Simulator allows us to choose your desired jet engines and to modify aeroplanes, will this be fun for players?

    (4) What factor does attract increacing number of female players to play Flight Simulator?

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your creative ideas and brainstorm!!! :)

  • @applesweeter 1. the military & commercial pilots use Flight Simulator, AFJROTC uses them too.

    2. because military aircraft have the capability of using weapons and commercial planes just suck.

    3. yes it would be fun

    4. It doesn't matter about female players. they can choose to play it or not.

  • @applesweeter

    1) Primal urge to fly, accessibility and relatively cheap cost of aquiring it (FS)

    2) I don't believe there is a overall preference in the simming community. I use both military and civilian models in my simming, but in FSX, I purely fly civilian aircraft. Why? Military a/c in FSX is a use out of context, IMHO.

3)Fun for those who enjoy the modding aspect of it. I don't.

I just like using the simulators.

    4) Purely cultural aspect. Male dominated pursuit.

    Hope this helps :).

  • Is track IR good? worth the money?

  • Nice work! I bet you have a really great PC.

    5 stars!

  • where can i get a THUNDERBOLT

  • FSX = no explosion = no particle system = SUX

    A10 for fly only?

  • go play GTA...

  • sorry but I prefer Lockon Flaming cliffs

  • Yes, i would like to know as well. Very cool!

  • Wow man...just wow. What type of monster computer and graphics card do you have?

  • This would rock on magic mushrooms. Extra realism!!

  • Where exactly were you flying in FSX i need to have a look at that in game incredible scenery

  • Try going to "LOWZ"

  • thanks will do that

  • i have this workin fine in fsx but its really easy to do nut am not tellin how to do it coz am a twat lol the flight dynamics arn't that good as you can see by the buffeting but it looks amaising and the cockpit is first class even tho it was designed for fs9 quality all round looks mint with track ir

  • please people, i havent found this aircraft in aerosofts page... i want it so bad =( help

  • It is for F2004, but GOZR somehow out it to work in FSX.

  • the only damn problem is that you get that black box in the bottom of your screen...its worth it though, its very detailed and such and the cockpit looks alot like the real thing

  • can you realy shoot with it?

  • amazing!!!!! can u tell me where to find this please? cheers!

  • haha turn the fucking GPWS off or use the right type, bitching betty

  • LOL.. done easy to do.

  • whered u get the plane?

  • You took off from the grass... lol....

  • That happens in all his vids lol...

  • dude, i heard that if you have the HUD on, the plane messes up your frame rates. how do you turn off the HUD?

  • WHERE DID I GET IT!!

  • most realistic i have ever seen

  • in every video he always seems to drift to the right on tack off

  • One word: Vista ;)

  • man where did u get that a-10 aircraft model for fsx? im dying for one of those.

  • trackIR is never freeware. It costs like 100$ or so.

Anyways, that must have been some very powerfull computer and graphics card you were using there. No lag, and beutifull graphics. The effects on the aircraft are waaay more realistic than in lock-on: modern air combat. Congrats.

  • he's talking about the A10 being freeware or not.

  • the a-10 is payware, it's by aerosoft.

  • is that freeware?

  • what framerate did you have?
