Sorry for sounding stupid, but why do you actuate the leaver twice on the powder station? Does it only throw half a charge at a time?

Depending on the load, the charging disk may not accommodate the needed powder charge. In those cases i find a charge setting that is half a load and charge twice.

What happens to the lube you put on the inside of the neck? I didn't see you wipe it off. Doe's the powder stick to it?

I do wipte it cleran as the powder will stick to it and clog your charging die.

The press in the video only costs about $100. With dies and other supplies, you can get started for around $300.
