What's scary about it? It cannot walk or move it's arms, and it's jaw seems partly detached. Probably broken.

And with that highly impractical skeletal structure and atrophied leg-muscles, it's doubtful that he can even take a step without crashing to the ground. He may be starving to death and screaming in agony for all I know :/
