Thanks for the reply wisewoman,but I've had gastritis for a few years,nothing helps heal it, anything real sweet like fruit juices or teas that are very acidic make it irritated for a day or so.I even delute the Burdock tea and still have a slight flare -up.The tea has certain acids in it.I think the gastritis was caused from the grapefruit tablet extract I was taking after meals a few years ago to control candida.

the tea clears my skin but makes my gastritis flare up so be careful with it,I also broke out in a rash around my waste but this could be part of the detox effect.

@12dave9 - burdock root often used as remedy to help with gastritis. Perhaps something else going on?

I'd love to have a use for these plants, I've been doing nothing with them but erradicating them. It sucks when you get burdocks in your sheeps wool.

how do you use it? does it helps toremove the scar?

if you dig it out now, you will get just what you planted...zero sum gain. Let the plant grow for several years, become established. harvest some seeds for oil..then if you want to dig the plant and transplant elsewhere, leaving some of the root behind, you will end up with two plants...keep doing this and you will get many plants...then you can harvest some root while still maintaining the patch of budock.
