Well according to my biological coculations and other terms of the scenario effect against the mass effect through the hippo campus scenery the plane would go faster than the BB's and the BB's would not even leave the barrel

I had ideas for an airsoft jet that you duct tape a battery box under, drill a hole, cut half a flap and fold it up so you have to fly at an angle to release bb's (bombs) or a helicopter with a cut string (near breakage) that is tied to an airsoft grenade.

where did you buy that RC plane? i think if you had a better gun on it, it would be awesome. (there are guns that have a faster firing rate and FPS) this would make this thing a beast. (still awesome). or what if you had Grenade launching shells under each wing?

@gateman42 paintball is cool. but airsoft has a higher rate of fire (if he had the right gun) that plane wouldn't carry a paintball gun that could go fully auto.

@solidenber But paintballs have more knockdown power. I wish I could fly one but I don't have the radio controller gene! I'd be lucky to get off the ground. I would like to see some kind of shooting competition with paintball, airsoft and bombs, maybe against RC tanks and do bombing runs. I've seen all kinds off flying things, I'd like to see someone make a Goa'uld Pyramid fly!

@gateman42 well, i can agree that the paintball has more mass. but i've played many games of airsoft and maybe 1/5 times someone loses a tooth from a airsoft gun (i'm talking pro-AEG grade) but what might be more interesting that can satisfy both paintball and airsoft fans is a airsoft Grenade shell that could be loaded with airsoft paintballs. so when fired at a high rate of speed it would be simular to something like a napalm strike. one to four grenades could be engineered to each wing.

ok so what my plan is that i will build in a Airsoft gun in to it so it can shoot a descent FPS. the the nose cone will have a camera mount so i can fly it live while sitting at the respawn. The body will be made of depron foam and will be coated with packing tape cuz i find that it stops bullets pretty well.

@dogfightingcat try a larger plane and a gun that fires on the same angle as the camera. then you could put a digital 'gunsight' on the laptop screen and get better aim. and also you should use a quieter plane, or your opponents could hear you coming! I built something similar to this, so I have experiance at this. Good luck!

Put a small camera on the other side so you can see where your shooting. It will also balance out some of the weight of the gun but if together they are too heavy the plane won't fly so be careful

Cool! I am gonna bet that at that windspeed the light airsoft bb's don't fly far or accurate. Try some aluminium 6mm airsofts. Or maybe modify to shoot steel bb's.Only if you are shooting targets of course and not people. Awesome design. Love it.
