how can i put vertical guideline on 10.00 cm from beginning , there must be a box where i can input all my coordinates

You have to put "Rulers" on in the "View" section on the menu bar. If you go to "Edit" -> "Preferences" you can edit some options. Rulers are really your friend in making guidelines.
