  • I know your all going to pile into me for this but it really is the only way us developers can earn money, where do you think it comes from? Its all advertising! Advertising is the only reason that flash games are profitable, we provide games for you all to play for free and the very least you can do is click past an advert.

If everybody skipped the adverts then nobody would be able to afford to make flash games - end of story.

  • don't give a shit bout them makin money

  • 127.0.0.1 localhost

    127.0.0.1 mochiads

    127.0.0.1 x mochiads

    127.0.0.1 x mochiads

    127.0.0.1 core mochibot

    127.0.0.1 mochibot

    127.0.0.1 core mochibot

I have no idea why i keep getting an error message

  • This is all the entries that i included into the host file... yet each time i try to save says that 'Cannot create the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file. Make sure that the path and file name are correct.'

  • Thank you dude.

  • Thanks, works perfectly. Mochiads and its supporters can suck a dick. And realistichomeboy, your pathetic bitching wont stop anyone from disabling this shit.

  • when i save it turns it into a test document instead of a file. and it doesn't work. :(

  • Oh, before I forget, I tested this method, followed it to the letter, but it did absolutely nothing when put into action, ended up picking up the goddamn cookie again regardless.

  • WTF is up with MochiAds shit? I've actually tested it, and it actually even implants Ads in games that don't have them initially, I found this out while playing a flash game .swf I downloaded years ago on my local machine, and had F-ing mochi ads pop up on it, which never happened until that shit added their cookie, upon removing it, the ads "magically" vanished.

  • We all know that MochiAds pays the developers money to do this. But is it actually worth annoying the fucking hell out of your clients to such an extent that they block your money-makers? What goes around comes around. I hate MochiAds, and everyone else does too, even the game developers who get so little money for this, they just do it in order to get cash, but it turns out they get pennies. MochiAds is the real money-maker. The companies advertising pay them a ton. Capitalism at its finest.

  • @pivotdude8675309 Agreed, MochiAds community is always saying you used to have to PAY for Flash games, I've been using the internet since the 90s and never remember having to pay to play a macromedia/flash game on the internet. Also anyone else who hate MochiAds scam artist just use Adblock addon.

  • @pivotdude8675309 You are clearly a moron who doesn't know what you are talking about. I earn a nice amount of money from mochiads. Developers get 50% of the revenue. So if, as according to you, the advertisers pay mochi a ton of money, then they also pay the developers a ton of money, because we get half. If you don't want to see the ads, then don't play our games. If we didn't have the ads in there, we would not be making any money, and would not make games for you.

  • ssuka , support the developer blyad

  • I do not have a problem with ads, I have a problem with BORING ads trying to sell me dishsoap when I'm waiting to play a game called "Zombie Massacre Defense Rescue". (and btw UN''s suggestion works like a charm.)

  • Thanks SOOO much for this! The mochiads thing would pop up and request to store information on my computer but no matter how many times I clicked deny, it wouldn't go away which made the game unplayable. I couldn't even get past the start screen after a while. I don't hate ads, but this one broke the game and I'm happy to give them the finger.

  • Since the ads also serve as a preloader i am not sure what benefit this is. A lot of the time the game won't have loaded by the time the ad ends anyway.

Besides you should support the developer ... they often just get pennies for their effort.

  • Do you guys not realize that many of your favourite games are fully funded by MochiAds? Removing them doesn't help anybody. Flash game quality is getting much higher now with developers able to make a living off of them using ads and microtransactions systems!

  • Hey can you show us how to remove ads from your website next?

  • Now why don't you show how to remove ads from websites?

It's ironic that you have a website with ads on it. You want to show people how to avoid watching ads in games, but not on websites.

  • @realisticHomeboy never heard extension to chrome and firefox called adblock?

  • @TheKapula2 Why would I want to block ads? It's what keeps the free sites alive.

  • If you don't want to watch the ad, DON'T PLAY THE GAME!

The developers income come from the ad impressions. If they cannot make money from these ads, they can't spend their time making the games, and you won't have any games to play.

  • support developer please.......

  • Awesome! Works perfectly- Goes straight to game without loading the ads.

    Serously, thanks a lot.

  • @shackfalu If you don't want to watch the ad, DON'T PLAY THE GAME!

The developers income come from the ad impressions. If they cannot make money from these ads, they can't spend their time making the games, and you won't have any games to play

  • @realisticHomeboy Cry about it then. I don't care, there's already millions of retards that don't know how to block ads, they will give developers all the money they need.

  • @shackfalu You do a great job of showing who the retard is! You that is, in case you didn't get that, since you don't seem to have much brain functionality.

  • @realisticHomeboy Explain why I am a retard, please.

  • @shackfalu Chances are that you don't understand no matter what level of explanation. Luckily everybody else can see it.

  • I hate the unnecessary pre-loaders and the inter-game ads. Like when I play "Brick Yard", which is apparently by the guy(s) behind "Perfect Balance":Almost every time I restart, an ad pops up, and I have to (usually) wait a while in order to be able to skip the ad. AGH! I HATE IT!

  • Thank you very much. F*** you Mochiads!

  • @garrywarney does it mean you don't want to play more free games? do you understand that this is the way game developers get money?

  • Thank's a bunch! I finally managed to get rid of those fak loading screens and ads!
