Yeah it's a bad game, but unlike the shit biscuits of LJN, at least this game GIVES YOU A FUCKING DECENT ENDING. I'd take a exploding pyramid shooting a geyser of water over a shitty screen of poorly spelled text anyday.
As shitty as this game and the last boss fight was, I still have to say that the closing line makes me feel warm: "Congratulations! You've brought life to a dying world."
Maybe I'm just thinking about the ending to the far superior movie

I had this game as a kid. It's the best(hahahaha) game ever.
It's also 20 minutes long if you really take your time.
Also, iirc, there's another ending if you attack the pedestal or something. I might be wrong though.

When I finally beat this game as a kid, I keep shooting the pedestal so I just beat the shit out of the final boss with my fists! It worked.
