Golf is such a screwed up game. What works one week will be a disaster in teh next. It all comes down to experience that a good golfer can adapt any style into his swing.
@paulski5 - he didn't mean supinate, he meant what he said, pronate/roll the hands, which what he eventually looked to avoid. When you supinate through impact, the toe of the club never passes the heel and the only thing releases is your wrist hinge. When you roll the wrists, your left hand breaks down and even tho you get more distance (more whip), the results are very inconsistent as you rely on timing to hit the ball flush rather than your body - this typically leads to hooks under pressure
