Dyewitness did a mix with "I am the Creator" in about 1992. This song playing now also samples "All aboard the Night Train".....so I doubt this is an original as it includes several songs. Dyewitness mix is named "I am the Creator" and only has the words to that song in their mix. Not sure if this helps the mystery in any way lol....or adds to it ;)

I think you are right... I've just done some reading up in wikipedia about Techno and its pretty much what I had not expected. I thought It was a sub-genre with a very precise music style while it was in fact the global seed of electronic music.
