I think Dennis Kucinich, Ron Paul, and Gravel should work together. They have differences but they also have a lot in common and they could make a hell of a point to this country if they combined their efforts. I am for anyone who is for the constitution and ending this war.
I agree to a point-primarily on Kucinich and Gravel, but Ron Paul too. I think the three of them are actually taking votes from each other inadvertently. It's the same sort of group that supports these three, and if two were out of the race all of their votes would likely fall on the others. My ideal turnout of the whole election, personally, is Kucinich as president and Mike Gravel as vice. Both are real leaders with great ideas.
Anyone here who doubts the seriousness of ABC's decision to marginalize and exclude Dennis, should spend a minute thinking how it feels to be marginalized and excluded from your kids, as a defendant in a no-fault divorce. Leadership takes a positive attitude under all circumstances. Brooding or accenting scandal or adding dramatic intensity may get a reaction, but is over all counter productive and not an inspiration to climb aboard the campaign and help propel it to the top. - A ban on all network debates in favor of sole PBS sponsorship (not perfect, but at least public pressure may more successfully hold PBS to a higher standard).

You know I can't help but be amazed at the American optimism. Most of you think that things will be cool even though they are choosing the wrong candidate...and the few who are choosing the right one still believe he can win. I wonder how this will play out. Um, the lower thirds were fine last ep, but have gone out of control and distracting. The only ones merited were for Viggo, Davis, and Melissa; the rest were noise. Have you watched the "out of control" graphics on 99% of the programs on mass-media?
I think that the few visual "tricks" this show have integrated add something necessary to compete for the attention of the mind-numbed masses watching "the spin room" and "America's Next Distraction".

And remember, Texas is trying to keep Dennis Kucinich off the ballot there because he would not sign a waiver saying he would support the eventual Dem. candidate without restriction. your right in saying that universal healthcare is a bad idea, because to pay for it, america will have to either:
1) raise taxes higher
2) borrow from china (already 9 trillion in debt) - and this money will have to paid back by my generations taxes - how irresponsible

I agree to a point-primarily on Kucinich and Gravel, but Ron Paul too. I think the three of them are actually taking votes from each other inadvertently. It's the same sort of group that supports these three, and if two were out of the race all of their votes would likely fall on the others. My ideal turnout of the whole election, personally, is Kucinich as president and Mike Gravel as vice. Both are real leaders with great ideas.

Kucinich and Ron Paul are doing quite well in the straw polls. Ron Paul was excluded from many of the mainstream polls and I wonder if Kucinich was too. I love Kucinich but I'm voting for Ron Paul because I like his ideas.

Democracy is something found in other countries. Our history reflects a desire by the power elite to subvert democracy and create an appearance of democracy. Used to be only "land owners" could vote, then there was a poll tax, so only the rich could vote, now only the few who own the electronic voting systems get to vote.
Demand paper ballots and IMPEACHMENT or else they'll never stop and we'll never have Democracy. Just a thought.

Outlaw ALL paid political ads, & require free TV-time for every viable candidate during the 4 months preceding an election, so that we can select a president who's neither beholden nor required to be rich. As long as campaigns are privately funded, & wealth is in the hands of the few, big money decides who runs the country. Campaign hoopla is meant to fool us into thinking we have a voice in our government, while everything continues as usual behind the curtain where the big boys play.

Why not hold the people responsible - if you can be swayed only by expensive ads its your own fault - not the rich guy who paid for the time. If people don't care enough to research candidates beyond what they accidentally see on TV then they deserve to be led by whoever they get.

Um, the lower thirds were fine last ep, but have gone out of control and distracting. The only ones merited were for Viggo, Davis, and Melissa; the rest were noise. Also, the name shown should *always* match the person whose face is on screen. Anne-Marie and Doug deserve lower thirds, too. Great content this ep, though.

Have you watched the "out of control" graphics on 99% of the programs on mass-media?
I think that the few visual "tricks" this show have integrated add something necessary to compete for the attention of the mind-numbed masses watching "the spin room" and "America's Next Distraction".
I prefer the long, still shots on "Sunrise Earth" but don't think that'd get DK's message out to Gen X, Y, and I-pod. DK'08!

And remember, Texas is trying to keep Dennis Kucinich off the ballot there because he would not sign a waiver saying he would support the eventual Dem. candidate without restriction. Whereas, he said he would not do this unless they agreed to not "use war as an instrument of policy". How our country has become so okay with endless warring I do not know.
