Yes, Danielle Harris is a smart and really nice girl. I still say that she should have been the lead in Zombie's versions. She's a MUCH better actress than Scout. I don't care if Scout looked more the part. She's a mediocre actress at best (and I'm being VERY nice about that).

It really isn't a REMAKE .. Rob Zombie in an interview specifically said he wanted to make this one his OWN Halloween movie. I think that is exactly what H2 is and it rocks!

Not a whole lot of horror creators out there that can touch Zombie right now. Most horror movies have sucked in recent times.

Friday the 13th remake was good IMO as was remake of Last House On the Left

The Ring, Saw, Hostle and The Decsent were some of the better ones. Ring is still the best in last 10 years or so

This remake should be pulled from the theatre. It was a disgrace to the original. The Halloween faithful will not like this. No traditional theme music, bad acting and making a fool out of Dr. Loomis. If Donald Pleasence were here to see this he'd be disappointed. I guess this is what happens when you're married to a chick that wants to be in the spot light. Maybe Zombie should remake People Under the Stairs. He does not have what it takes to handle the greatest horror series ever. Sad!

I totally agree 100%, I was dissappointed when I seen this. That was the classic Loomis and when the mom and young Micheal kept on showing up, I think that played a big part in ruining it also.
