qaulity cartoons: Slacker Cats, Futurama, Duckman, Animaniacs, Pinky and The Brain, Rocko's Modern Life, Ren and Stimpy, The Angry Beavers, Smurfs, Snorks, Lion King, Ice Age, Over The Hedge, Surf's Up, Shrek, South Park, My Little Pony, Fluppy Dogs, and the 80s Alvin and the Chipmunks, Back At The Barn Yard and Spongebob Sqaurepants. Not all qaulity cartoons have to be just for kids, I personally call characters like Cosmo from Fairly Oddparents CosMORON.
