Our creation was designed to lure the Russians there and not the other way around. Also, once the Russians left and the CIA had moved a lot of drugs from Afghanistan to the USA; we worked with ISI (Pakistan intell, Saudi intell, Iranian, and Turkish Intell) to place 10,000 Mujh. and Al Qaeda in the Balkans to provoke the Serbs and finish Hitlers goal.
