So many women seem to think if they lift any heavy weights, they will suddenly and uncontrollably wake up the very next day looking like the She-Hulk!
Don't these women even bother to THINK before they assume? Even if they COULD get bulky from lifting heavy weights, it takes a LONG time and a LOT of effort! You don't just wake up one day having transformed from a scrawny weakling into a massive brute! You will see it coming months, even years ahead of time!
@RonQE for all the guys out there who WANT to get bulky, I'm sure they would be mighty jealous of a woman who could do it with one day of weight training!!
think about this. the great arnold himself said if a bodybuilder *MAN* gained 5-10 pounds of muscle a year hes doing extremly well. this is with crazy intensity and perfect nutrition. so a women has allot less hormons as a male bodybuilder would, nor take all those suppliments. even if they did they would gain allot less muscle. take a look at monica brant shes sexy as hell, or even megan fox jessica beil all lift weights. HALEY BARY lifts weights looks great.
And "as usual" I would expect nothing less than a disrespectful and rude comment like the one above from someone who has nothing constructive or positive to say. Give yourself a nice pat on the back, "eatproteingethugerus". You should be so proud.
Women if you don't want to look bulky, stay away from the synthol.... lol
