How is this show fake? I mean, i'm not really a big fan myself, and I hate american idol. Sure, the judges don't always say what they really want to say, but that's showbiz for ya, there's not always honesty (censorship, cuts, etc), sucking satan's cock kinda business. But I think this show has brought some great talent alive nonetheless, and Jamie certainly ain't fake, look at him, he's shaking in his boots. Read more about him before you judge, don't just take into account what everyone says.

Jamie was very good but I still favor Susan Boyle. I did not like the presentation part of the judges. It looked very 'staged" for YouTube. In fact I think i have seen Jamie somehere before but can't place it right now. Same performance. Wonder where I saw it ?

I think Jamie is better than Susan Boyle. If she had come on the stage all glamourous and banged on about Elaine Paige, she wouldn't have sounded as good. Her voice quality wasn't great, she cracked a few times and her low end wasn't powerful enough for that song. This guy has more emotion and far more raw talent.

Beautiful performance. Susan and he are on a par. They both have touched our hearts in different ways. On Susans main video a father (mrniceguy) talked about this song being played when his son was brought home from Iraq where he had been killed. Both Susans and Jamies videos have made me weep and they are both superb and each deserves a chance. Well done. "Bows to you both"
