The US doesn't treat its own prisoners well, let alone prisoners of war. Many states STILL have the death penalty and have been murdering some innocent people.

Maybe if you have video evidence of a murder being committed you might be able to start justify killing someone (if they are a hopeless case) but without video evidence you could be convicting the wrong person.

I can remember a lecturer of mine saying that witness's evidence was only right 80% of the time...

Torture is sick but when torture is done by the USA Government is ok, right? It is ok bcs bcs it was done for National Security purposes, right? But if thats done abroad to an American is illegal, right? This is unfair, period.

Don't flame China when you Americans do torture too. after the September 11, 2001 attacks there has been a debate in the United States about whether torture is justified in some circumstances. And guess what they decided?
