I'm a researcher myself, so I do have a healthy understanding of the scientific method. Creationism is not a theory, nor is it even a plausible conjecture. A theory is a framework that unifies a body of facts to explain phenomena around us, offering predictions that can be falsified and allows the generation of further research. Creationism does none of this.
