Most of the SF teams dont believe in killin there opponent. Save a handful, like akuma, bison (where was HE!!!!!), gen, and the like. So ryu go find ur testiciles, (their probley some where in ur SF alpha 2 gi. And FINISH HIM! For the MK Teams and there outworld allies will NOT hold back. That and most of SF charcters are mortal. MK has gods and demons for players.

To make Noob Sibot appear you need to be on the portal stage. Jon Tobias will appear from time to time sayn "toasty". When ever you did a uppercut. When that happened you hit the start button and off you go.
