This video really taught me what to do easy. I have two computers and I used the laptop to listen and follow the video; and practiced on my desktop using an example of email merging to myself. It worked out good. This is also showing me the importance of having a contact list built correctly. Thank you so much.
You should specify which version you are using as MS Office 2007 Enterprise does not have the functionality you are discussing here, unless you went through specific steps to enable it that you haven't shared.
Possibly you can add a comment or something to help those of us who want to use your tutorial but have found it impossible to follow along for whatever reason.
Thank you though, this is a very beneficial topic and you seem to do it well.
Thanks for the feedback. I do have and use in this tutorial MS Office 2007 Enterprise. I don't recall enabling anything, everything was defaulted out of the box. But maybe I am forgetting something. Where exactly are you getting lost? What is making it impossible for you to follow along? Let me know and I will try and post a follow up with more directions. Thanks again.
Thank you SO MUCH for Responding, and especially so Fast! :)
I apologize profusely as I didn't listen properly and the error is all mine. I was in outlook and not publisher so wasn't seeing what you were talking about.
Thank you again, and you can simply ignore me now, lol, I am doing it as we speak and you have helped immensely. Great tutorial and I appreciate your patient response.
Does anyone know if a merged email can be sent using student teacher edition of office? when I hit "send" it seems to look for outlook and student/teacher only has microsoft mail, not outlook...workaround?

Do you have to have Microsoft Publisher to make this work? Under "tools", I do not have the option of "category", email merge.

No, you do not have to have Business Contact Manager.

Does this require Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager?
