I just farmed this spot with the Potion of Treasure Finding with moderate success. I made about 1k gold total for the hour (mainly green item and ember silk cloth auctions). Not exactly worth farming unless you're leveling.

Make sure you use Potion of Treasure Finding without it its nearly impossible to find the Treasure Chests from the loot from the mobs :)
